Morgan Benjamin went into administration on 7th August. It's all a bit of a mess and down largely to someone doing something criminal.
So the situation is that I won't have a job after the 28th August. This is not a good thing. I'm more calm than I thought I'd be, I'm more calm that anyone thought I'd be.
My definition of what a disaster is has changed in the last five years. Bottom line is that if no-one dies, I can deal....

This weekend has mostly been about weirdness...and housework..
There's lots of stuff going on at the moment and a sense of new things about to happen...some of it very scary. I just need to remember to keep the fire lit...

The company I work for has just gone into administration. I knew something was going down, I thought this might be it, it is. As of today, my salary is guaranteed until the end of August and I think that it will be ok. We'll see...
In other news, it's was my birthday on Thursday and we (Mum and I) went to Newcastle. It's beautiful and there wasn't enough time. We are so going back....

This year I am not going to Greenbelt, I just can't make it all fit. I did try because I wanted to go but all that's gonna happen is that I'll get stressed getting there and won't have a good time when I'm there, so instead I'm going to accept that this year it's not gonna work out and stay home.
For Tina and Charles' party this weekend, I was put on cake duty.
Tina had a very clear idea of what she wanted, that was piles of cake. So chocolate brownies, ginger cake and a raspberry cake with very pink frosting...
Christina and Suzanna decorated the piles with flowers.
Tom sent me a text on Sunday morning to say that the chocolate and ginger cakes were helping with the hangover, I wish I'd thought to take some home!!
